Detailed assessment of the demand for heat and power, the characteristics of the system, the capital and operating costs, selecting and storing fuel (biomass), and permits and consents.

Preparation of tenders, selecting and working with installers.

Setting up operation and maintenance contracts.

Developing secure, long-term fuel supplies.

Energy, carbon, and environmental ratings, monitoring and auditing

Energy, carbon and environmental assessments – measurement of energy consumption and carbon emissions.

Carbon management

Assessing carbon emissions from energy use and transport.

Preparation of low and zero carbon design strategies for refurbishment of existing and new buildings.

Passive heating and cooling – design strategies for passively heated and cooled buildings.
